The GAM materials are very well made and generally have a satin finish. All products are approved by AMI (association Montessori International)
The Red Rods develop visual discrimination of length, while height, colour and width remain constant. Ten solid wooden rods increasing in length in equal units from 10 cm to 1 meter.
